We are excited for the 2024 summer season of camp. Our hope is that each camper that comes to Camp Kadesh will have the best summer ever and that they would experience the love of God through our staff and programming.
In 2019 we reviewed the costs of running Camp Kadesh we calculated that the cost for each child to come to camp was then well over $600. As a nonprofit charity it is our mission to have as many campers come to camp as possible and work to keep the price accessible for all.
We made the choice to take a new approach to our pricing. We made the option available to pay various levels of the actual cost of a week of camp.
Here are the three main price options:
$699 per camper - this price represents the full cost of a camper and no fundraising is necessary
$599 per camper - this price represents 85% of the full cost of a camper,
$525 per camper - this price would be our standard price at about 75% of the actual cost per camper.
This pricing is completely self selected by families as they register and there is no differentiation, attention, or preference given based on the price paid. Each camper also gets daily tuck ($5 per day) and the end of week digital download as part of the price of camp.

What does paying a full cost or less subsidized price accomplish? Every dollar of subsided camper fees is offset by donations. In a typical year Camp Kadesh, as a charity, raises about $150,000 to cover total operational costs of running camp. Assuming in 2023 we are able to raise similar amounts, instead of operations that money will be used for camp facility improvements, capital expansion (click here for some examples of things that we are working on) and solid incremental increases for our amazing staff.
